SMART Goals

on Tuesday we were planning our goals for Term 2 to achieve what I've been learning!

on my slide are my goals

have you achieved your goals yet??

on my slide my goals are :

writing / reading / math / and my other goals 

my math goal: my math goal is to learn my 4x tables & my 7x tables and 6x tables 

my reading goal: my reading goal is to learn hard words in my reading classes and I might move up a level to gold! 

my writing goal: my writing goal is to write 5 pages in my writing book and maybe I could use the entire book 

my other goal: my other goal is in fitness I want to at lease run around the field or the court for one hour without stopping. so technically 20 laps I think.

this weeks value / honesty chart

 

this is what we were learning about today and it was fun because we were learning about honesty. honesty is very important because if you don't tell the truth that would be bad because not that many people will trust you and if you use honesty people will trust you and you will gain there trust

 tumahana trip to Christchurch city hall

on Monday 29 of March, the senior hub / takitini went to the city hall to watch

a show called tumahana and it was very exciting. we were getting ready to eat lunch 

at 11:40 everyone in their math class had to go back to their class to eat lunch

first, we said the karakia and then after lunch, we had to put our shoes on and we had to

line up in our classes to do our roll to check we are all in our lines.

we got on the bus and it was so exciting and cool mangopare and whakamanawa were on a bus together and manawaroa and Ngakaunui were on a bus together as well. 30 mins later on the bus we got out and went inside the town hall and we all got seated and then we watched the show for one hour then we went to school!

todays value - make someones day - be there

today our value is following adults instructions 

why this value is important:  a student might get hurt  2. they won't know what to do without instructions  3. instructions are good for you because you can be there at the right place and at the right time if you listen to the instruction 4. why are following rules important. they are inportent because if you discuss a plan you won't know what to do if you're in a group and you won't know what to do if you don't follow their rules.      by Aimee
