My feelings in lockdown have been very happy because ever since we got introduced to google meeting me and ever since we were on it I and my close friends have been calling each other to get to know one and other!
I'm also sad as well because I miss school and all of my classmates and my teachers  I hope lockdown ends so I can go to school, and see all of my loving classmates

Weeks ago whakamanawa has been learning about Matariki and we got to do an animation I didn't get to finish mine so here it is.

 New Zealand will celebrate Matariki as a public holiday from 24 June 2022. The calendar date for the Matariki public holiday will shift each year to align with the maramataka (Māori lunar calendar)

I have a Bff called Raewyn and she knows Jianhao Tan (On YouTube) And we are very big fans of him every week he posts a video and they are so great if you haven't seen them you should really watch them they are great!

Ever Since Lockdown started I've missed school because it has all of my favorite teachers and all of my friends I've missed them so so so much I'm very sad that I am in Lockdown but at least I have all of my family with me!!!

I also do a lot of drawings ( in my previous post my drawings are there ) My family loves my art and so do my teachers and my friends!!.

One of the many things I love doing is to sing my dream when I am older is to become a famous singer and who knows maybe more!

Kia Ora my name is Aimee Matoe and today I will be telling my story about my Lockdown Experience (We are still in lockdown so this is some of my experience)

The First Night Of LockDown: Tuesday 10:39 the minute it struck 10:40 everyone at my house who had a phone an alert went off saying lockdown would begin at Midnight sharp,

My family was in a panic they didn't want Lockdown to come back but it came back they were very upset about this but everything the prime minister said they had to follow so they just stayed quiet.

This I was kinda happy about because I got to finish off my drawings

And in my spare time, I spent hanging out with my siblings!

Recount Of Thursday!

 Recount Of Thursday ( For Literacy)

Yesterday was Thursday 5/8/2021. This day was the day of the Zones Tournament. In every sport for winter sports, 7-10 people get picked or voted for to go to the Tournament. I didn't get picked so I stayed at school.

 When all of the year 6's left for the tournament There were only a little few students in Whakamanwa so we got split up into classes since Miss Waho went to the Tournament too. I got Put into Ngakaunui. When We started our rotations for fun activity's we had to stay in Ngakaunui Manawarowa or Mangopare To do our first activity for our rotations

After Morning Tea We had to go to our second rotation I had to go to Mangopare for my second rotation. he talked about his past about the Olympic's then we had a knee tapping contest for my last rotation I went with miss raisin we did Olympics coloring or watching the Olympics!
